Make a discrepancy reproducible

Calculation, content, privacy, and accessibility issues are treated as product defects—not as differences to quietly explain away.

What to include

  • The calculation version shown in the result provenance panel.
  • The selected Western or Vedic method and whether birth time was known.
  • The exact output that differs and the named reference tool, version, settings, and observed value.
  • A screenshot or share link only if it contains no birth details you do not want disclosed.

Send reports to corrections@chartlumen.ai. Do not email passwords, authentication tokens, or government identifiers. For urgent security reports, use the contact in security.txt.
