ChartLumen treats birth date, birth time, birth location, and chat history as sensitive data.

Session-only charts keep exact birth inputs in this browser session and do not persist those raw inputs on the server. Derived chart facts are retained long enough to support the chart workspace and authorized follow-up requests.

Saving exact inputs requires a signed-in account and an explicit choice. Account settings include permanent deletion of charts, reports, chats, compatibility records, and linked lead data.

Public sharing is off until you preview and confirm it. Exact date, time, and place are hidden by default; each field requires a separate choice. Revoking a link invalidates its unguessable address.

Product analytics receive coarse events such as selected mode and flow completion, not raw birth date, time, place, coordinates, or chart identifiers.
